Simon Torry - IFA & Company Director

Simon is the director and owner of SRC Financial Services Limited. He has worked in financial services since 1988 and is a fully qualified independent financial adviser. Simon has a genuine passion for his work and is continually looking at ways to improve the services the company offers - Simon achieved Chartered Financial Planner status in December 2007.

Simon is married to Jill and has two daughters, Maisie and Elle. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, eating out and travelling. Hobbies/interests include golf, skiing and modern art.

Michelle Tate - Office Manager

Michelle joined the company in May 2005. Originally from a banking background, starting in 1985, Michelle became a Mortgage Adviser and holds a Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Mortgage Advice.

In her current role as Office Manager, Michelle oversees the back-office side of the Company, whilst also focussing on the Wealth Management and Will Planning administration.

Michelle is married to Mark and has two daughters, Zoe and Lauren. Her hobbies include watching her daughter play football and cooking.

Robert Moss - Senior Mortgage Consultant

Rob joined the company in November 2006, having previously had a long career in IT. He is a qualified Mortgage Adviser and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Mortgage Advice.

Rob specialises in affordable housing and first time buyers. His IT background has enabled SRC to streamline many of our administrative processes to ensure a better client experience.

Rob has a daughter, Beth, and his hobbies include playing Golf and travelling.

Keith Oldfield - Senior Mortgage Consultant

Keith joined SRC in February 2012, having previously worked in financial services since 1988. He has had vast experience with companies such as Guardian Royal Exchange, Sun Life of Canada and until recently Openwork.

In his current role Keith specialises in the mortgage market with particular expertise in the residential and buy-to-let sectors.

Keith is married to Karen and has a son Ryan and daughter Amy. Outside of work he enjoys family time as well as pursuing his interests in golf, cooking and travelling.

Kerry Walsh - Senior Administrator

Kerry joined the company initially as a mortgage adviser in July 2008 she then took on the role of Personal Assistant to Robert Moss in 2010 & team leader for the administration team.

Kerry has worked in the financial services industry for over 11 years.

Outside of work she enjoys holidays away with her family, reading & shopping.

Caroline Howe - Administrator

Caroline has worked at the company for 2 1/2 yrs, originally on a full time basis and now as a part time Personal Assistant to Keith Oldfield. Previous to SRC she worked for the Nationwide as a mortgage underwriter for 5 1/2 yrs.

Outside of work she enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, walking her dog Sam and days out with her husband and daughter.

Amanda Hills - Administrator

Amanda joined us at the end of last year and is currently undergoing training as an administration. Outside of work Amanda enjoys socialising with her family and friends and going swimming.

Jessica Abrahams - Administrator

Jessica is our most recent recruit having joined us in January of this year. Like Amanda she is also undergoing administration training Outside of work she enjoys keeping active and going out with her friends and family. Competing in netball has been her main hobby.
