We operate a simple and transparent charging structure. We don’t hide any costs from you so you’ll know ‘up front’ exactly what you have to pay before we undertake any work.

We give you the choice as to how we get paid, either by offsetting any available commission against our fee, or by arranging a commission-free contract and billing you for the work.

As you would expect with our approach, we are simply not influenced by commission payments from product providers.

Remember your initial meeting is always held without charge (at our expense) and without obligation.

As a teaching professional you will receive a discount on our fees.

Affordable Housing

There will be a separate fee for arranging your mortgage.

We do not charge a fee for insurance advice but instead will receive commission from the product provider.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice, the precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £247.
