We offer independent mortgage advice from the 'whole' market.

During our initial consultation we will complete a mortgage questionnaire to establish the most suitable product to meet your needs. Once we have made our recommendation to you we will confirm our advice in writing.

In the current economic climate arranging a mortgage is not as easy as it used to be. Most people we deal with don’t have any problems but there are a few situations when we are unlikely to be able to help you.

Credit Problems

If you have been made bankrupt or are subject to an IVA then we will not be able to help you.

Self Employed

We are no longer able to obtain 'self certified' mortgages. This means that all applicants will need to evidence their income.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice, the precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £247.
